Description: 99,000 square foot project that included 60 new private patient rooms, with eight intensive care unit beds, eight labor and delivery rooms as well as 44 medical/surgical/telemetry beds. 

  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for five shear wall cores, two elevator shafts, two stair shafts, & one electrical chase
  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for 77 spread footings and piers
  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for perimeter radius footings & walls
  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for 35,000 square feet of slab-on-grade
  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for 87,000 square feet of slab-on-metal deck 
  • Formed/reinforced and place concrete for canopy footings and columns
  • Reinforced and placed concrete for two sets of pans stairs
