Making various improvements to the plant which will aid operations in becoming more efficient as well as replacing older hardware in order to sustain processes for years to come.

- Replace open flights screw pumps and controls
- Relocate existing screens, compactors and controls
- Reconstruct existing concrete grit tank and channel
- Install new grit vortex tank with new system including classifier and grit pump
- Replace all wiring and mechanics
- Paint and restore existing headworks building with new doors, roof, roof hatch, and a new fiberglass insulated skylight
- Install new grating and handrail around the new grit vortex tank
